Cave di Cusa

Cave di Cusa (or Rocche di Cusa[1]) is a stone quarry and official Sicilian Archeological Zone, located south of the Sicilian town Campobello di Mazara.

Until 490 BC this quarry was used to cut out round blocks to build the temples at Selinunte. It was abandoned for unknown reasons.
